Mental health and business
Good mental health is a prerequisite to being successful in business. If you suffer from depression or other mental health issues you will find it difficult to get out of bed never mind running your own business or working in general.
Talking therapy is excellent to maintain good mental health and there are lots of other therapies available that can help you manage your mental health. You may also require some form of medication and there is no shame in that.
Be selfish and put your mental well being at the top of your list. Then you will be able to help yourself, others and the community.
